Our mission
evoach is a startup founded in 2019 and based in Karlsruhe, Germany.
The founders Rebecca and Anke have developed a digital chatbot solution for individual coaching, so that coaching is not only possible for managers, but also for employees.
With the evoach Module Builder, coaches can also digitally advance their work and design individual coaching programs.
So evoach's chatbot solution helps coaches, teams, and employees become more actionable, effective, and self-directed.

Dr. Richard Grillenbeck
Coaching
Dr. Ing Richard Grillenbeck is a certified coach (ICF ACC) and trainer for international teams and IT professionals. With a doctorate in computer science, he has been accompanying individuals in change for over 22 years and works in global change projects as an independent business coach, Associate Partner at Leadership Choices and business trainer & Coach at Shouten & Nelissen.
Since 2018, he has been a board member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Germany. There he is responsible for certification and digitalization.
Dr. Gerda Frank
Investment
Dr. Gerda Frank holds a doctorate in industrial engineering (KIT) and worked for Deutsche Bank AG in corporate banking, credit monitoring and investment banking for many years.
At Hoepfner Brau, she was in charge of high-tech investments and real estate development as managing director. At Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where she also studied, she headed the Center for Interdisciplinary Entrepreneurship (CIE) and the Accelerator of upCAT. Since 2020, she is CFO of eneratec GmbH and honorary CFO of Cyberforum e.V..
Robert Bauer
Agile Software Development

Robert Bauer holds a degree in computer science and is co-founder of intension GmbH, which has specialized in identity management solutions for enterprise customers since 1999. He has many years of experience in building, leading and developing agile software teams as well as being an Agile Coach and Chief Product Owner.
Dr. Nicky Terblanche
Coaching
Nicky is a senior lecturer and researcher in Leadership Coaching, Research Methodology and Information System at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He also runs a private executive coaching practice.
He has a PhD in Business Management from USB.
In his executive coaching practice he combines his analytical ability (honed as electronic and software engineer) with his interest and passion for people to help executives and senior management make sense of the complexities of daily organizational life.
