Learn digital coaching design skills and design your 1st coaching chatbot prototype for digital implementation in just 2 x 0.5 days.
 

In this workshop, you will acquire your first digital coaching design skills "hands-on" using your own favorite methods, which you will conceptualize and gather feedback from other coaches during this sprint for a digital implementation. Learn how to implement your coaching approaches purely digitally as a chatbot using good coaching and chatbot practice.

 

This design sprint is right for you if:

All participants receive a certificate: "Conversational Coaching Design Competencies" and become part of our Future of Coaching Community.

13:30 Welcome & Lightning Talk

"Conversational Coaching Design - what does good coaching chatbot practice mean" (Rebecca Rutschmann).

 

14:30: Live Demo

Insight into a coaching chatbot module & presentation of the evoach coaching building blocks.

 

15:30 - 17:30: 1st prototyping session.

Each participant will create a rough prototype for their own chatbot coaching module in Miro, alone or in smaller teams (experts will be available for queries). Afterwards there will be a sharing session.

There will be one week until the next session to continue working on the prototypes if needed.

 

Agenda Day 2

13:30: Usertesting & Prototyping Part 2

Mutual testing of prototypes in small groups and further fine tuning in iteration loops in Miro.

 

16:00 Presentation of the prototypes in large groups

 

17:00 Closing: Sharing Session (reflection, learning points, stumbling blocks).
